He attained a Master of Marketing from Nice University and hold a Master of Stock Market Consultant from PFA High School in Paris. After a carrier on the Paris & London Stock Market, he started in the sales department of one of the major French Incentive House based in Paris : Cadre Noir, domestically known for its Excellency in quality & unique expertise. Thus the birth of French Events now open since July 1993, Jean Pierre focused on European incoming incentive industry and emphasize the development of artistic and creative incentive programs. Valérie Tronche Director of Operations Valerie started in the same incentive house. During this period Valerie operated programs such as a medical congress for 6500 people at the Paris Congress Center. She chartered several cruise ships for Mediterranean cruises for groups of 1100 people and numerous international incentive groups. Between 2000 & 2009, Valérie organized the “Date Congress” in Paris for Synopsys, HP, and Sun Microsystems ; incentive program for Miki Shoji for 5,120, 4580 & 3600 participants which included privatization for gala dinner events at the Versailles Palace, the Louvre Museum.
